Mediterrean Salad


1 courgette
1 carrot
1/2 chopped lettuce
100 gr. of feta cheese

1 spoon cumin seeds or powder
2 spoon of colza oil
1 spoon of white wine vinegar
Salt, Pepper

Wash the courgette and chop them into small cubes, peel and chop the carrot. Cook for 5 minutes in boiling salted water, and drain. Cut the feta in cubes, and wash the salad. Prepare the vinaigrette, then assemble all the ingredients in a large salad bowl.
