Ginger Salmon with chinese cabbage

Since I discovered Chinese cabbage, I cook it in various ways. Here's one of my favourites...

Ingredients:

1 Chinese cabbage
2 spoons of olive oil
1 spoon of fresh grated, or powdered ginger
2 tomatoes cut into quarters
2 spoons of soy sauce
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt, pepper

Wash the cabbage leaves. In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil, then add the cabbage leaves(the quantity will reduce by half during cooking!). After 5 to 7 minutes, add the garlic, the ginger and the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, add the soy sauce. Cook for a further 5 minutes, and finally add lemon juice. Accompany with the salmon steaks, simply steam-cooked.
